1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

  • Anywhere

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

PureForm Health is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost in transit

  • Stolen after delivery

  • Delayed by the shipping carrier

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you.


8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Pureformhealth.info@gmail.com. with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


9. International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Additional fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.


10. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped separately depending on product availability. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.


11. Delivery Issues

If your package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

You may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order reshipped.
